As a subsidiary of the Economic and Trade Union of the World (ETUW) Group of Companies, we are part of a global effort to reshape economies, redefine opportunities, and make progress accessible to all. Together, we have the power to solve some of the world’s most pressing issues, particularly unemployment, poverty, and lack of access to resources, all of which contribute to the cycle of inequality.
In this speech, I will discuss the future of Monocrone Technology, the ETUW Group, our impactful subsidiaries, and the Don Zayeed Foundation. I will share with you the vision we have for tackling unemployment, creating millions of jobs, and making a meaningful impact on the lives of people in Uganda, South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya, Tanzania , Tunisia, Egypt, Ethiopia, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Namibia and across the world. We are on the precipice of a new era, one where technology, charity, and business will come together to build a better tomorrow.

This also opens the door for digital businesses and e-commerce platforms, which are significant job creators in the modern world.

Whether it’s improving access to capital or reducing the barriers for small businesses, we’re focused on unlocking the potential of Africa’s economy.

Creating Millions of Jobs for Ugandans, South Africans, Nigerians, Kenyans, and Other Countries
Together, we will create millions of jobs in Africa and around the world. Our strategy will be built on collaboration collaboration between the public and private sectors, between governments and businesses, and between communities and innovators.
In Uganda, South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya, and other African countries, we will focus on localizing solutions that address specific needs in these regions. We will invest in industries that are aligned with the needs of each country, such as agriculture, education, healthcare, and clean energy.
We will also foster partnerships with local businesses and support them in scaling up. By providing capital, training, and technology, we can help small businesses grow and hire more people, creating an ecosystem of job creation that is self-sustaining.
